The HLW Education Foundation is planning new categories and prizes for the 2027 Oratory Contest.  We encourage you to sign up below to be the first to know the details as they are released.  

The 2027 contest will allow students of elementary and high school age to participate for the chance to not only win state prizes but to compete at the National level and share their submissions at various HLW events throughout the following year.
